Corncomp specializes in the R&D, manufacture and distribution of biodegradable, compostable paper straws and food-service packaging — including paper bowls, cups, trays, food boxes, bags, and bagasse tableware. Every product is produced under the same certified process, whether the order is for a global entertainment brand or an independent cafe.

Corncomp is also part of a wider manufacturing alliance producing biodegradable straws, cutlery, cups, bowls and food packaging, extending our combined production capacity well beyond our own Ningbo facility.

Manufacturing Capabilities

Our Ningbo facility runs on 6,000 square meters of dust-free plant space, staffed by 80 production workers across 60 dedicated lines for straws, cutlery, and cups/bowls — giving Corncomp the scale to fulfill large, time-sensitive orders without sacrificing consistency. The facility’s industrial-grade machinery includes:

• 30 high-speed tube-rolling machines and 10 dedicated packaging stations, the throughput behind our 2.5 billion+ paper straws produced annually — with lead times that stay predictable even on large, seasonal, or promotional orders.
• 1 in-house printing line for custom branding, so private-label and OEM/ODM orders can be logo-printed without outsourcing to a third-party printer.
• 3 slitting machines and 1 die-cutting machine for precise, consistent material cutting on every production run.
• 2 drying and sanitizing machines that keep every batch food-safety compliant before packaging.

Every product is tested for food safety and backed by internationally recognized certifications, including ISO 9001:2015, FSC Chain of Custody, SGS and TUV SUD lab testing, amfori BSCI social compliance, and compliance with FDA, LFGB, BRC and EU AP 2002 standards.
